Trinity Solutions, Inc. Announces Computer Training Partnership
with I.T. Training & Solutions, Inc.

Many of you have been asking us if we provide computer training or know of someone who does.  Well, we do offer it, but it's often not very cost effective or convenient, and at the same time, we've been hesitant to recommend anyone, because there aren't many training companies that do computer training to the level of professionalism that we feel our clients deserve.

Today, all that changes!

We are pleased to announce that we have formed a partnership with IT Training & Solutions, Inc. located in Greensboro, NC, and they will now be our Preferred Computer Training Provider.

In visiting with them and interviewing their team, we found that they offer something that no one else is doing at the level they are.  The are doing virtual training classes where you don't have to leave your home or office.  You contact ITTS and schedule which class you want to take.  They will then send you the instructions on how to get online and connected to the class and the instructor's computer.

When it's time for the class and you follow the easy instructions for connecting online, you will be able to see on your computer screen the instructor's screen.  You then call into a conference call # where you will hear the instructor and listen to him / her train you on what you need to know.

What's great about this training in addition to not having to leave your home or office is that if you run into problems, the instructor is able to view your computer and remotely connect to your computer to help you.  From their training location, the instructors are able to see everyone's computer at once and can tell who is having problems and who is doing just fine.  Plus, these classes are often in the evening or on a Saturday and don't last all day, but maybe just 2 or 4 hours.  Learn what you need to learn without having to spend a whole day away from what you need to do.

Now, if you don't prefer a virtual class, ITTS still offers traditional classes at their training location in Downtown Greensboro.  So if you feel you need to spend a day in a classroom, they can do it.

• Basic and Advanced Skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook
  
  
• Using Google Mail & Google Documents
  
  
• Using Google Adwords for Business Growth on the Internet
  
  
• Using Social Media including Facebook & Twitter to Grow Your Business

And if your company needs something more customized or focused, they can provide this for you as well.
